WSRC AWARDS 2009

Three awards were presented at the AGM on Thursday 3rd December, and congratulations were offered to those members who have represented the Club most successfully in area competitions during the year.

Points Accumulator Competition for the Blackford Perpetual Trophy:

1st: Gwenda Bassett and Exmoor Jester (59 points)
2nd: Sarah Thresher and Tiger Lily (45 points)
3rd: Charlotte Fricker and Madjihn (22 points)

All three riders were presented with special rosettes and a voucher for the Leather Workshop in Minehead. The full results of the competition are on the Results Page

The Cameron Cup for the most Improved Rider:

Winner: Sarah Thresher
Runner up: Charlotte Fricker

The Beverley Trophy for the person or persons who have helped the Club the most during the year:

Catherine and Esther Freeman

British Riding Club competitions success

The Junior Show Jumping Team who qualified for the BRC Junior Novice Winter (2008 - 9) Indoor Show Jumping final at Hartpury:
Esther Freeman, Alex Howes, Clio Loxton and Bryony Richardson
