Dressage

West Somerset Riding Club members participate in dressage training and competitions. The Club runs several competitions during the summer months, both on grass and on a surface, and occasionally a winter competition at a neighbouring indoor arena. In 2009 the Club initiated the Western Somerset Region Dressage Championships as a low key competition at Prelimary and Novice level for the eight adjacent riding clubs. This Championship will run again in 2010 by popular request. This time the participating clubs will be : Blackdown Hills, Exeter and District, North Devon, Quantock, Sid and Otter Valley, Taunton and District, West Somerset and Witheridge. See below for qualifying competiton dates and 2010 rules. The Championships will be held at Stockland Lovell on Sunday 10 October, 2010.
